Cutting Board with juice "blood" groove
Look at this beautiful cutting board, featuring domestic woods of walnut and hickory. With a strip of exotic wood of jatoba (Brazilian Cherry). This board features a juice “blood” groove cut into the other perimeter. When slicing meat the juices will go into the recess as to not make a mess. This board measures approximately 18 inches long, 11 inches wide, and 1.5 inches thick. 4 rubber feat are added to the bottom to ensure the board stays flat longer and has even airflow underneath.
Each cutting board is finished with a food safe mineral oil and a bees wax mixture. These are designed and handmade in my wood shop in sunny Arizona.
